Several more students have been dropped due to lack of a Chaplin at Sheridan. Please pray for this position to be filled asap.
The temporary chaplain at Dixon has been assigned back to his regular duties and will remain unless no one with seniority over him applies to be the temporary chaplain. If no one applies there is a stronger chance he will then be hired a permanent chaplain. He is well-liked by both volunteer and inmates pray that he gets the position of full-time chaplain permanently.
I've been encountering several students who have a prosperity gospel background. Please pray I can correct them in their theology without being disrespectful.

Wesley - Pray that my mom can give my info to the person in the trailer park and she will write me a letter or if mom has given her my info that she would write me a letter. Pray for me to stay with God have to stray from Him and my family, and I grow stronger in our relationship in God together. Pray for our chaplain that he can stay on or we get a good chaplain in a timely manner. Whatever God with want us to have. Pray that I from a penpal and I can right back, and we can keep in contact.

Jesus - I have been incarcerated for five years and recently submitted a clemency petition to the governor to ask him to commute the remainder of my sentence(eight years). My attorney, family, and friends will have had the opportunity April 12 to the prison review board(PRB) on my behalf. I asked that you, please pray for a favorable outcome through this process. Brother Hughes - Father Almighty God, through thee our King of kings, Lord of lords in whom You have given authority. He has defeated death and destruction, do we truthfully pray that by Your stripes we have been healed from disease shortcomings and sickness. Heal Holly from cancer she has. You say if we ask in belief without a doubt it will be done. Hesl Holly our Lord Jesus as through our confession and by Your stripes that Your healing will come for her. In Your name our Lord Jesus do we pray Amen, Amen.
David B. - Pray for the safety of my 11-year-old son Tyler for his salvation and that he is raised knowing God, loving and trusting our Lord Jesus Christ. Also that God increases my days on earth to see him become a good man of God and to see the work of the Lord in our lives. Thank you.
Brother Jeffrey Ray - We give the Lord Jesus our Savior thanks for this day we begin the month of March that we will be motivated by the blessing of love to serve the Lord’s will in our lives. We pray together for the families in Joliet who lost loved ones to the gun violence and the family in Aurora who are also grieving the loss of husbands, fathers, sons, and brothers.
