PRAYERS OF PRAISE

Cameron has a place to live and a job, shows responsibility, and asks questions about God, Jesus, and the Bible.

My discipline in walking 30 minutes a day, 5-7 times a week, has shown results. I've lost 20 pounds, and all my recent blood work is normal.

Lift prayers of praise for God's blessing me with a church family who has been by my side through my recovery from a heart attack, my depression, and more personal trials.

Lift prayers of praise for God blessing me with an enjoyable visit with my sister and her family for a few days, followed by fellowship with four dear friends.

Prayers of Supplication

My son Cameron's salvation, his continued and permanent sobriety, financial stability, and overall joy.

Pray for Cameron's sobriety to continue for the saneness and peace it brings. Still, if he maintains it, I plan to visit him the first week of January for a few days to celebrate his 34th birthday. I've not seen Cameron since May 2015.

The lockdowns and class cancellations because of staff shortages at both Dixon and Sheridan will end.

After my wife Michelle's death, a heart attack, and other personal issues, my fundraising came to a halt. However, I need to begin another fundraising campaign. Please pray I can find the motivation and that God will bless SOCPM with additional monthly support.

I joined a health club to keep up with my walks and cardio rehab. Pray I can discipline myself to utilize the membership.

Though improving, I can still improve my diet with less sugar.

My summer-long depression, for the most part, is over, but with the first anniversary of Michelle taking ill and her death nearing (November 22 - December 1), please pray I will not plunge into another long period of depression.
